I checked the manual and it is pretty clear to me. Have you updated the BIOS and the chipset utilities? Download and update. Also, the card does not have a printer port, so maybe your printer ports are faulty... only you can find that out, or ask for support from the supplier, or find a PC support discussion forum if you suspect that the PC is wrong. Mach3 works excellent even with W10 64-bit. Of course, parallel port is no longer supported, but that's a dinosaur anyway. Really, I can't understand why at all use it. There are so many USB and ethernet motion controllers out there, buy a cheap UC100USB and you'll never look back. That is the easiest solution. If you still have problems after that then at least you'll know it is NOT the parallel port.
Ok, I'm not able to solve this problem... I just ordered the ESS Smooth stepper... I hope it will fix my problem... If not I Would Set Myself on fire 🔥 on the machine 😥

Ok i fix it... Without the Ess, tomorrow i will receive it. On my old PC it's was older version of mach3 with license. On the new pc i installed a newer version (I thought it will be better with Windows 7)... And I copied the profile file from the older version to the new one... Now I uninstalled the new version deleted all the drivers and files and installed the older one ... It work fine ... On the new version i had difference between the kernel speed i set and the reading in diagnose screen inside mach3 ... When i set kernel to 25khz the frequency pulse reading in diagnostics screen was maximum 4000hz . Kernel speed 35khz give around 11000hz and kernel 45000 give around 35000hz ... Now in the older version they are the same ...
Thank you all for help and appreciate that .
