Hello

Recently i bought 2 of these machine with good price.
the stepper was gone.

So anyone here know the Current (A) and Voltage (V) of the original emco stepper motor???
so i can replace it with the new one with the same spec.

After search on google, i got 2 manual from emco compact 5 PC and CNC.
step angle is 5 degree
Voltage 10 v (still confuse for me, in the manual mention about 40V too)
6 wire

Hope i got answer from this forum. I got none answer from yahoo group of cnc emco.

Hello

You can only find this motors on ebay, look for "emco cnc" and you find some used motors but look if the pulleys are still in place.
(Most people reuse the pulleys)

Best would be to change to an new control an use 1.8 degree motors with better resolution.
