Plasma cam: Torch Fires in air. IHS not happening.

    Hi,
After a lot of noise issues and drama, i have finally started my Plasma Cam machine. But now I'm facing this new error when taking the first cutting. After initializing I proceed for cutting with 'Auto Cut control' enabled. But the torch just fires in the air, moves through the cutting path and it never comes down. As I'm a beginner on this machine, I'm not sure why this is happening. I am providing the link of the video and the settings below. I hope someone can help me out.

    Varun,

What plasmacutter are you using? All I can see that is out of spec is your cutting Height of 0.19mm, My Hypertherm65 run on 1.5mm on cutting 3mm steel like in your setup, have you tried enabelling Auto calibrate Z shift on next cut ?
