    Leadshine integrated easy servo motors

    Hi, I just received some of Leadshine integrated easy servo motors (Leadshine easy servo motors / stepper motors with encoders) which were purchased from AMT. I am able to connect to them in the protuner program, but when I try to access the settings or do a motion test, the motor will start to move as commanded, and take window pops up that the program has crashed.
    Any idea what could be causing this?

    Hi yeck,

    According to your descriptions, i think the communication is ok between your PC and the drive.
    Try the Leadshine Protuner Program on Windows 7. Maybe the program not compatible for Windows 10.

    What os are you using? What version? You have an xp machine to try it with? Or try a 32bit machine
