Our Puma 8HC-3A is leaking hydraulic fluid around the actuating cylinder that moves the gear shift shaft in the head stock. We do not have any mechanical manuals, so we don't really know what is required.

Any help in guiding us to a dealer that can help up out?

I checked with the books I have on file for that series, I can't find anything on a gear-shift for the Main Spindle. Everything I found was motor to belt/pulley...no gearbox.
Send a picture and I'll try to find a comparable unit.

Our spindle specialist has never seen this set-up.

He wants to contact the Korea Factory.

He needs a picture of the Placard, showing the model and serial number for Korea to address an issue with a machine this old (their policy, not mine)
