    Matsuura MC-800VF work Table play

    Good Day everybody,
    I bought a mc-800vf, but i see after installation i have a play on the work table, is not from the ballscrew it from x Axis slide.
    Some body know if i can repair it or the machine is good for garbage?

    Just about anything can be repaired, it depends on what the problem is. You have to find what is loose.

    The loose came from the work table slide of the x axis. I saw on the drawing ´gib block' you know what is that? i will open it probably on monday.

    ''gib block''? Without looking at the drawing, it is difficult to say what that is. But if the table is loose, the problem should be very easy to find.

    ok, i work on it a little, i remove the gib block and it is a angle piece for remove the play, is made on steel and plastic and the plastic parts it's slide on the ways. i thing i will remove the table to clean the oïl hole. the ways is ishhh.
