    Aniamtion/Constrain help

    Im designing my CNC, and I'd like to add a "variable" mate to allow an object to freely slide/be dragged along between its 2 end points. Whats the best way to acheive this?

    Example: CNC axis from one end of the frame to the other.

    do you want this to be moving in an animation or just move when you click and drag it? If you just want to click and drag I would use a distance mate.
