    Lightbulb looking for "User Parameters" Citizen L20 with Mitsubishi controller

    We are looking for help trying to access the "User Parameters" on the Citizen L20 to be able to setup FTP / Network drives. I have located base common parameters where I was able to set the IP address. I am new to this company (7 months) and I was brought on to help with this project. Thank you for your help.
