Y axis Ballscrew nuts screws NEED tightening

My Y axis is sloppy and I found the screws that secure the ballscrew nut to the table are loose. I can get to the rear two that are right on the edge, Has anyone tightened all four?
My mill is on a stand, on a pan, so I can not just go from underneath and gain access to them. I could punch a hole in the pan to access them but it appears that the "front" two are under/behind the ball screw itself.

I am thinking to try and take the table off?
Any clue on my best way to tackle this?

    Thanks

    Tony

Re: Y axis Ballscrew nuts screws NEED tightening

I have the mounting screws for the block on my mill. From the photo you can see there are two, counter sunk screws under/behind the thinner steel mounting collar.

#1 I have not been able to mover it, I think it is locktite'd
#2 If it does move, the screws threads are most likely greater than the threads to the block. Im thinking it would just lock itself up.

    Any suggestion would be great
