    Vacuum belt?

We're pretty stumped at work about the vacuum system at my work. We've just replaced the belts again since they keep breaking from a misalignment issue, but we still have an issue of the belts moving when starting up. My question is if this is normal? We don't really want to keep replacing belts or have to replace a whole new unit. Any insight is appreciated.

The vacuum system is a multicam tv425

Need photo of pulleys. Take cover off.
Pulley alignment is not normally difficult.

    Cheers
