Acromatic 2100 freeing up program space

We have a Cincinatti Arrow 2 750 with an Acromatic 2100 controller on it.

Last week we reached the point with 236 programs in the program directory, were it said that we had run out of available space. So we transferred out about 50 programs, using the Editwel 2000 program, successfully onto the lap top - to ensure we had back ups and then deleted them.

It did not release us any space in the program folder and when we tried to transfer back a very small program it gave us the error - PART PROGRAM STORAGE EXCEEDED - then cancelled the transfer! Please see attachment.

So I suppose the question is how do we clear the space in the program folder so that we can re-load programs back in off the lap top?

We can still write programs through the screen and it will save them.

Also can anyone tell me how to get to the DOS C:\ prompt on this machine

    Confused of Tunbridge Wells!!!
