4 AXIS NOT OUTPUTTING DIFFERENT ANGLE

    Hi,

Im machining this part on a 4 axis machine.

How would I tell Mastercam to output the machining of the enclosed area ( red) with the same G54 but at a different angle (ie 30 degre) , kind of indexing. I did create a plane at that angle and did the machining ( Contour). The simulation shows the tool at an angle, but the G codes output are on A0 angle.

    Thank you

Re: 4 AXIS NOT OUTPUTTING DIFFERENT ANGLE

You need to move that angle or CS planes you made to the center of rotation for starters. then only set the Cplnae and the TPlane on that operation and the WCS should stay at the WCS that was setup for center of rotation.
