I use Aspire 8.5 to milling out this,look at the picture and you will see 5 slight mark after 3d Finish,these slight mark should not be there.


I wonder,What can be wrong ?

This looks like cutter deflection caused by the tool moving in opposite directions. Reduce your depth of cut on the finish pass and this effect will be reduced. This is a typical example of 'conventional' vs 'climb' cutting. There isn't anything wrong with your software or hardware, it's machining technique.
