    Conquest T51 problem threading.

We have a lathe hardinge model CS-51 conquest snake T51, Control fanuc 18T.

    The problem is the following.

When we run some cycle. (G71, G72, etc.) the machine works perfectly.

But when running the thread cycle (G76), the machine runs the program, but when it starts the thread cycle.
The Z and X axes do not move, the spindle rotates normally, there are no alarms.

The program has been proven, previously worked everything perfect.

The winch is equipped with C-Axis. We have never managed to make it work.
A technician was trying to run the C-Axis.
He says he has returned to his normal state. When threading worked but we did not really believe it.

You could help us with some information, in which direction we can go, to solve this problem.

    thanks
