    Lubrication systems and units

    Hi, all!

    I searched on here after lubrication system info. It seems ofcourse that there are several different "mixers" or systems delivered with the different machines.

    Please feel free to continue this thread with questions or troubleshooting for the system you are having trouble with or have been servicing.

    Okay, me first;

    Q1:
    Is it only during tool change that the spindle gets an oily air spray for lubrication (arrow 750)? Is there any other way to manually oil the spindle? - e.g. hold to tool release button for a certain amount of seconds.

    Q2:
    Does anyone know the type/brand of this unit? See attachment.

    On my machine (1996 Arrow 750) the marked out plastic cap/valve/screw (air bleed valve?) has a crack in it and is leaking oil badly. I'm trying to find a replacement valve rather than swap out the whole thing.

    Turns out that this is an EWO unit and the part number for the oil-feed valve is #423-179.
