    no, your wires are ok
    but as I see, there is not ready state on second drive ("-"), but on another "0" - ready
    if your drive is under abnormal condition it usually shows the alarm number, in your case must be "2" or "5"
    I faced with similar problem when one of my drives showed "-", while other drives showed "0". but my CNC showed "improper VRDY off", I replaced this drive and din't figure out what happened with it so far.

    I forgot to ask
    was that drive at this machine from the begining or you tried to upgrade your machine with 4-th axis?
    I mean may be some trouble with parameters?

    I do an upgrade to 4th axis in my VMC. I have all cables and motor connected . I did changes in my 8000's parameters and 900's

    8000s, those which are get dowloaded from servo eprom?
    what about FSSB settings 19xx?

    I dont take those parameters !!! Only 8000 and 900s

    with which axis have you swapped the cables?
    the fault had to move to another axis, i.e. now it must be on another axis 414 or 424 or 434, but not 444
