How can I connect my Deckel Maho DMC103V to PC/Laptop so I can transfer programs into a machine?
I was looking around in the internet and there are a couple of ways in general for CNC machines, but I don't know which will work for my machine.

What control does your machine have? If it is a Siemens there is a network connection and 2 RS232 ports. You can use any of them to transfer programs. We use the network connection.
If the control is a Heidenhain control there is network connections and RS232.

If you want to use RS232 you will need a USB to RS232 converter cable.

I would just use the network connection and plug the 103 into your router. The network cable is inside the electrical cabinet on the left side. IF it's like my 103's.

In Heidenhian (Millplus IT) you can use CDS Lite and a networks connection. Its super simple to set up. I found the CDS lite on one of the CD's that came with the machine.
This combo is super fast and allows you to pull the Machine constants, tool tables ect right off the machine and store them for back up on your PC, as well as transfer massive programs onto the controller.

help me please regarding cdslite connection to millplus grundig check jpeg for more details about my controller.i connect machine to my laptop with RJ45 connector ..machine ip is 192.168.0.57 ..check connectivity thru ping from laptop which reply positive...then
i have install cdslite with this configuration see jpeg...but no success..please guide me where i am doing wrong

If you're using the network to communicate with the machine your settings are wrong. Compare your picture #2 to the picture I've attached .........

Not using network right now but machine directly connected to pc thru Rj45 connector... machine ip is 192.168.0.57
Now please confirm me that i use that setting which mention in ur picture...or something else..
