There is a MIKRON HSM700 machine(HEIDENHAIN ATEK HS PLUS system) in our plant, there happened a fault,after load cnc system,I can't find any information about the error from the internet, Are there any friends can give me advice?

I got the same Micron HSM 700 with atek control and the problem I'm having it stops half way through booting up.
