NEED A WHEEL FACE REPLACED. CUSTOM WORK.

Stumbled on this forum searching for custom wheel manufactures . I bought some damaged wheels from a guy off craigslist, was told I wouldn't have a problem replacing the one wheel that was damaged. I should of done my research... after searching for the wheel replacement I found out the wheel manufacture went out of business and couldn't get the wheel face replaced.

It is a 3 piece wheel 22" have the inner and outer barrels, just need the face wheel replicated. can send the weel to you and can work out a price if anyone can steer me in the right direction that would be great.

Is that steel or aluminum. If it is steel someone with a lot of skill and a large hydraulic press may be able to straighten it. Like Keith Fenner. If it's aluminum, in all reality it will cost you more to have a new one machined than you paid for all those used wheels. The only inexpensive way to do it is in cast aluminum
and that probably wouldn't be strong enough unless the process was tightly controlled. It looks like enamel coated steel to me as an aluminum wheel with this much material removed would likely not be strong enough for real use on a car.

I would try to find a used part in better condition. Or maybe someone might be able to mock up a welded replica as a weldment from water jet cut parts and then turned for balance. Would likely cost more than you think though to have done. Probably more than you paid for the wheels.
