Question EnRoute 6 Nesting and Layers

Hi everyone, I have just installed EnRoute6 and importing DXF files with their layers disappear after nesting, that is, they group into one layer.
On another PC where version 5 is installed this does not happen, it keeps its layers even after nesting and I can turn on or off each layer.
    Because?
Practically before nesting the layers work fine and I can turn them on and off but after nesting no.
On Enroute 5 installed on another PC the same file works well even after nesting
Is there something to be set in preferences?

    Thank you

Re: EnRoute 6 Nesting and Layers

I'm interested in seeing an answer to this question. I have Enroute6 installed on a Windows 8.1 machine and have all sorts of problems with geometry changing layers.
I called tech support and was told it is impossible for geometry to change layers on its own.
My plan is to capture a video of it happening here soon to send to the guy to show he is full of it.

P.s. he did say try to run it in Administrator mode. I have not tried that yet.
