Gross Positioning Error Z 3D - morning start

    Hello,
I have a big problem. When I turn on the machine morning, after a few minutes make a Gross Positioning Error Z 3D... . This problem starts appear when my eletronic man remove a card from my machine. Then the axis make a quite buzzing. It is not a potentiometr, becouse I set it in optimal position.
Sometimes after gross positioning error, when I turn on machine again machine show "XYZ axis not ready for operation". When the machine is hot this problem not shown again.

i found it in manual, but I do not want change a parameter in MP for bigger value. I would like to find where is the problem. Somebody can help me?

In attachment is the page from manual.

I can only assume that you mean Z axis error Y-D which indicates that your crossfire or stability is causing the motor\drive to vibrate when standing still. This is causing the following error to exceed the limits or window set in parameter MP1110. If you can look at the following error on the control it should be jumping a lot and the motor should have a loud noise coming from it and it should be hot. Not sure about your setup but I would contact FANUC to find out how to adjust it.

But why it is only when the machine is cold (morning)? The servo has normal temperature.
My parameter in 1110 is 0,2 today I change it to 0,3.

Is it possible the card isn't quite seated?
