Hi I want to start my own business like this I want an open shop in my area but I am struggling to find a way to do this as I can not find software and equipment for engraving‎ glass. I want to engraving‎ heart shape glass and key chains and other items like https://www.inacrystal.combut I have no idea on how to go about this as I can not see where I can buy some parts and also the glass and boxes.
Can some help me?

You can buy the machinery from numerous sources, most of them in China. Here's one in Europe: CERION laser GmbH, Laser systems, 3D glass photo laser To make the 3D images, you either need to use 3D modeling software or a 3D scanner. Can any machine do all the engraving ie taking a photo of person and 2d to 3d then engrave it in any item they want? I don't see 3d heart shape like this https://www.inacrystal.com/details/2/heart-crystal where can I buy one like this from? I need a machine that can engrave on all from cups to everything including chains ect. What do you recommend for me. I am new to this but i do have 3d modeling experience.

[I've never heard of a machine like that. Usually you have to get a separate scanner, or at least a camera. Then you have to process the image for the machine before it will engrave or produce the sub-surface dots.]

[You're going to have to shop around to find everything you need for this business. I'd suggest paying to have some of this stuff made for you before investing in machinery, though. See if there's really the demand that you're hoping to connect with for this sort of thing before spending a whole lot of money.]
