Hi there! We just purchased a 7-Axis Robot and really want to start milling some 3D statues and props out of foam! We're new to this kind of project, so I was wondering if you wouldn't mind if I picked your brain on a few foam milling questions...

- What have you found to be the best kinds of materials for milling foam?
- What kind of tools and types of drills are you using for milling foam?
- Any tips for the milling process? (What feed/speed to use, roughing vs. finishing vs. detailing work, milling sculptures vs. milling shapes, cutting up vs. cutting down, etc.)
- What milling bits are you using? Router bits? (Ball ends, flat ends, etc.)
- Who makes the best router bits and where would you buy them? What do you look for when buying a router bit?
- What density foam are you using? Bead?

I really appreciate any tips that you might have for us, or just overall best practices / lessons learned you might have. We want to try out a few foam sculpture projects just for fun here in the next week.

Thanks again!
