I am in need of wiring schematic for a Romi Centur 35E with a Duplomatic BSV N 160/8 position tool turret and a Funuc o-t control 1992
I am having trouble with the tool turret indexing it appears electrical ( wires have been cut and spliced ) , the stop pin is not firing during automatic control ( it is 24v and works when connected to power and ground ) need to find witch relay to test / replace or if it is a logic problem.
the coil has 24v constant and the relay closes to ground , but the relay it is connected to does not activate during the tool index cycle , the relays have green led when active , I can see three relays that activate during the index cycle , but the stop pin coil is not connected to any of them.
