    CNC Post processor

    Hi everyone. Hope you are all well.
    Guys i need 5 axis cnc post processors for Siemens 840 D.
    Any one could help???
    i will be very thankful for that.

    Do you mean you need a CAM program with 5 axis support and a post processor for Siemans 840 D control?

    Look into Fusion360. Its the only thing I can think of that might be affordable that might have 5 axis support. It appears that Fusion does not have true 5 axis simultaneous movement just yet. It does 3 and 1 or 3 and 2. That is it will index on A & B, then cut in X,Y,Z. https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusio...g/td-p/6636995

    I don't know if it has a post processor for your controller, but since its from Autodesk I imagine they would. I would ask on the support forums. I use Fusion in a very limited capacity for adaptive 3D clearing.
