    manual 4th axis milling

    Hey guys.
I have a custom job to fabricate a couple of this benches. The legs are fluted with continuously changing radius. Perfect job for CNC.
I am eagerly waiting for CNCRP to start selling 4th axis kit which would make continuous 4th axis machining a bliss but for now this is a question of positioning and indexing the stock.

I have an old Vertex dividing head and a tail stock. Looks perfect for 4 sided flip milling. Actually, almost as many sided flips as I wish. Divider will go up to a 100 if I remember correctly.
    Ordered 1 pc Lathe Chuck 6" 4Jaw Independent w/Back Plate 1-1/2"-8TPI K72-160 sct-888 with the backing plate.
Going to be setting up to mill on Sat.
Any recommendations on small CNC bits to clean the fluting?
