downloaded vcarvepro trial 9.0 to play with until I get my cnc in
I cannot put text on a curve is this normal for tril edition or am I doing something wrong
I watched videos on how to do it wil not let me

Draw a single line of text with the Draw Text tool.
Draw an arc or a curve.
Select the text, then, holding the Shift key, select the arc, so both the text and arc are selected. (Text must be first).
Then select the Text on a Curve tool.
