Hi All,

I'm working on a Hurco BMC 4020/HT milling machine whose ATC is not working properly.
I'm able to do all movements, in manual mode, for the ATC: left, right, changing tool position, open door, close door.
When machine is in auto mode, ATC is not working properly.
There is not tool in the spindle. If I choose an empty slot for current tool and another slot for next tool, ATC does not move at all.
If I choose 0 (zero) for current tool and another slot for next tool, spindle goes down, ATC goes right, then machine stops showing "ATC ERROR FOR SELECTED OPERATION".
I do not know where to look now.
I'd appreciate if anybody could give some advise to me where I'm supposed to look for.

Dear I hade similar problem

Try To go to spindle presing F2 then ATC diagnistic,
Then you see all posible operation that you can do

Try look at buttom ATC not at HOME position
then write here i will give other step by step that to do
