    Quick vRef question.

    Stepper rated for 2.5a/phase
    set vref to 2.5 or 5.0?

    If 2.5 then I assume the vref is per phase?

    I know not to max out the driver just general driver setting question.

    If we speaking about Polulu-style drivers based on DRV8825, Vref would be 1.25V, you could check it here https://www.pololu.com/product/2133
    Vref could be different because it's depends on some resistor value used in drivers schematic, detailed explanation is given in DRV8825 datasheet https://www.pololu.com/file/download...?file_id=0J590
