    Problem with RichAuto A11e dsp controller

    Hello

    I need help with my dsp controller problem, I have a Richauto A11e dsp controller which was working fine the last time I used it, but a few days ago when I powered it up it showed nothing, just a blank screen with the back-light on (see attached pictures), and when I connect it to the pc (win 7 x64) the pc doesn't detect it

    any help would be appreciated
