    Question Planet Inc Setup Help

    I just bought a Planet-cnc Mk3/4 card, lic, and Tng. 1. I can’t enter licensing info
I get an error "Error parsing license file (1)”

    2. The software displays the card as
“PlanetCNC Controller Mk3 (v1) boot loader”

    3. My software does not display the card’s sn#.
It just says PlanetCNC Controller Mk3 (v1) boot loader

    4. The limit switch I/O status panel is all red in color. When manually activating the limit switches none of the limit switches lights on the I/O or indicate that there state has changed.
    5. It appears that the card is not functional Nothing I do will make the gantry or another axis move, . The motors turn freely and I don’t think the card is outputting a signal to the drivers. I do have a green light in the lower right corner of the screen. I have tried unplugging all unnecessary cables, uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers, shutting off all equipment swapping out ribbon cables and restarting. I can't seem to get off step one.

I am running Windows 10 Pro. I did purchase a license, Mk3 card, and software from your site.
