    Hurco vm1 hard disk problem

    Hello! We have a hurco vm1 machine and the hard disk is defective, does not boot, there are no installation disks, no backup, can not someone send me backup or installation disk?? Ultimax 4 controller Version V2.32.11A/2

    Does it give you a message when it does not boot. Like boot device failure. anything like that.
