    Dimple where pierce is

    Hi everyone,

    We have noticed a problem with out cnc plasma where it leaves a dimple near the piece which we have to file off.
    Its become abit of a problem for us having to file everything.
    Ive attached afew photos if anyone has any ideas.

    We have tried making a huge leadin and out but its still doing it near the crossover.
    This is on 3mm aluminium and happens on steel aswell

    What software are you using? It almost looks like the torch is shutting off for a split second and starting back up to finish the lead-out. How about some very short or no lead-out.
