Having some trouble with machine simulation. I overcame it some how on one test part (part a), but can't for the life of me figure out how to on the next one (part b).

The holder is not aligning properly on the Z axis. You can see when looking at the holder on the mounting view that it looks correct for both part a and part b. Now actually doing a simulation with machine simulation, part a looks correct, but part b has the holder lower than it is suppose to be. This misaligned the tool lower on the tool path by the same distance.

Any suggestions?

Spoke with my vendor and they helped out. Came down to H-Length, in case anyone has a similar issue.
