I've puma 6s with fanuc 0T, i've lost the parameters, and i've loaded it manually but i found the machine still not ready and the alarm "401 servo alarm (VRDY OFF)" could any one help me on this.

does it come up when you turn the machine on and wont let you do anything

yes it appears at the start and nothing work, no hydraulic, even the mode selector switch do not work, while changing the mode MDI always appears on the screen

ok let me do some looking but i can at least get you up and going, turn it on in the back go to the control hold down P and cancle at the same time then turn it on and power it up that should get you going you will have to do this every time till you figure out what param. to change or reset i will look into that

It sounds like the PMC is not running? or there is power missing to the operator panel?
can you look in the diagnostics and see if any inputs change when you operate push buttons etc and the function selector switch.
