    creating toolpath mastercamx

    can some1 please help me im trying to write a roughing toolpath in mastercam lathe yet it keeps saying collision with stock .I cant figure out what perameters i need to adjust plese help...........

    You dont see it hitting? Check your Lead In/Out values.

    mastercam

    thanks mike i messed with it like 9 hours and i think ive got it all sorted out or...(masterd)as some would say hahahaha

    Tangent, you will find that 90 percent of the time in lathe when using stock def and you get collisions it the way you are leading in and out of the cuts.
    Backplot and see were it is hitting and adjust from there.
