I have 2 Matsurra MC-800vf mills and on one of them the spindle drive is faulting after I enable the servos on startup up. The contactor inside the drive picks up and then about 5 - 10 seconds later it faults out with a F-A00 fault (Initial Charging Incomplete) and the machine displays a Emergency Stop alarm. I sent this spindle drive to a local equipment repair service they said that it was fixed but I am still having the same error. Some more information, if I display V1-14, which is the DC Bus Voltage the, the voltage only show 8 - 10 VDC. On the MC-800VF that works when you startup with V1-14 displayed the voltage goes from 8 - 300 VDC very quickly. Also I have moved the faulting Spindle drive to the working MC-800VF and I get the same error. Is there anything in the machine that could be causing this problem? Maybe an input or output is not getting triggered at the right time? Thanks
