G540 Mach 3 - Moved to new PC having issues

My PC is dieing so I moved mach to another old PC I had laying around.
Its running XP, I set the port to EPP. I installed mach 3 then renamed the folder to mach.2 and then copied over my old mach 3 folder.
    Rebooted pc.

Mach loads fine but only the Z axis works. X Y and Spindle do not work.
I swapped the Z and Y cables and then both they both worked oddly, even when I swapped back the Y continued to work along with the Z. Until I closed mach and re launched and Y stopped working again.

The ports and pins configs look correct its just not working.

At this point I figure it is some LPT setting issue. I am using a built in LPT port not an add on card.

Fixed it, loose wire somewhere pulled 540 out and unplugged everything and tightened everything back up and seems ok now
