    Sinumerik 810M

    Hallo,
my name is Tomas and i have a question about 810M.
In our workshop we have a three axis CNC milling machine from Hermle. What i like to do is a zero point shift and a zeropoint rotation of 45°. For this i program:
    G58 X50 Y50 A45
When i start the simulation or the program the following error message number appears 3007. If i program the shift without rotation ( G58 X50 Y50 ) everything works fine. We have the original manuals for the machine and the control 810M. In this manual is no documentation about rotation with G58. There is only discripted how to shift with G58 or G59.
The manual we have ist SINUMERIK SYSTEM 800 edition 2.87.
I have already asked in different forums with no success.
I would be happy if someone have a answer for me.

    Cheers Tomas

    Re: Sinumerik 810M

First things G58 X50 Y50 A45 it is gcode or data from offset table?
If gcode then you forgot add G00/01 but that not all because on the beginning you said this is 3axis machine, A45 (A) - that name is for four axis (rotation axis).

If you like to rotate coordinate system you need to use another command line ROT/TRANS

    --Edit--
Sorry but I think you work on 810D for 810m now I see in manual for A letter is angle for rotation coordination system.
