Hi Mr Radcliffe1978
Looks like your using a Z Level finishing cycle to get that toolpath?
if so :-
You could cap the hole to stop it dropping in and add this surface to the additional surface area found in the setup page of the z lev cycle
or
You could add an inner and outer boundary. hyperMILL works by finding every thing on the inside of the boundary and then the inner boundary is not allowing a toolpath inside. If you don't have any boundary it will cut everything
or
You could pick just the surfaces you want to machine - found in the boundary page > milling surfaces
Why don't you call support in UK 01869 290003, many ways to solve this easily if its not z lev finishing cycle.
Best of luck
u can use boundry, or u can add stop surface, or u selected tool status past,or, inside.
