Is there any software that can make the letters to be cut, automatically clashed / come closed. So there will not be any excess waste.

As in the attached picture. This I made manually using AI.

I use Vectric Aspire to nest my letters but their cheaper Vcarve pro has that feature and you can set how far apart the letters are and have them rotate to fit better. Also you can tell it to put the letters inside the waste of larger letters.
