    Odd Inaccuracies

I am using cambam to draw and create code to cut out plywood parts for cabinet boxes. Very simple drawings. For some reason I'm getting some odd inaccuracies.

For example, I have one program that just cuts out three rectangles. Each with a .75" dado along on edge. The distance to the start of the dado was correct but the last 1/16" was gone leaving both the rectangle and dado undersized. On the latest program the dados were all undersized, and in two spots the start and stop points of a profile cutout were 1/16" off.

The dados being undersized happens both when using a profile and pocket. And the following is the generated gcode for the lastest program.

    Any thoughts?

    Re: Odd Inaccuracies

You would be much more likely to get a response for your issue by posting on the CamBam forum CamBam - Index You will need to register on the forum to be able to post the question. Also, posting the gcode doesn't help. You will need to attach the CamBam (.cb) file for the group to be able to determine what the issue is.

Its probably the machine. if its still a problem describe how the machine is constructed. I'm sure someone here can advise.
