I am using some CNCROUTERPARTS stuff, but my frame is 45 series rather than 40 series extrusion. I am interested in the outer end to outer end truck spacing on the standard Pro parts. For both the x and y axis. Thanks for the help.

Any of the large machines would be fine. I am building 5'4" x 5'4".

Can you share a picture and point to exactly what you want measured? I have a 5'x10' CNCRP Pro machine with the linear rails and I'd be glad to measure what you want. Then again, if you contacted CNCRP, I'm sure they'd be able to get you the measurements too as they were always responsive and provided all information I needed.

The carriage bearings on each rail on the x and y axis are spaced apart from each other. I am interested in the distance, from the outer end of one truck to outer end of the other truck on the same rail. Increasing this distance stiffens the axis, but reduces the travel for that axis for a given length of rail. It is a design trade and I am interested in what number they have chosen. It looks to be a little over a foot, but I can't tell much more than that.

Thanks for the input. I had looked that up, but that version uses the old style 45 degree rail. I am using the newer 20mm Hiwin style rail that is used on the more recent Pro design.

Sorry I wasn’t able to measure this for you sooner but the truck spacing from outside edge of linear bearing to outside edge of linear bearing is 302 mm.
