need help with post procesor for mazak 530c with smooth g

    hi.

my workplace bought a new mazak 530c with smooth g controller in April.

and I am just starting to test out fusion to our 4'th axis. I have some problem with the post processor.

when I post the code, the post process do not write the movement for the A axis. it will use something called TCP(tool center on point, I believe it was) my machine do not have that function.
do anyone have a modified post processor ? ore maybe someone can tell me how I modify the one I have, so that the post process writes the code for the A axis?

now I am using the 4'th axis post process for HAAS but the code needs a lot of tweaking after being posted. and it is starting to take a lot of my time that I don't have.

PS: I am not at all sure how to make changes to a post processor.

I am thankful for all help I can get.

When you go to post process your code, choose your post processor and click on config.

The *.cps files are based on Javascript.

Can't help with the rest I'm afraid. I'm just learning myself and I'm working with 2.5D lasers.

This is a good resource too:
