Step mode test
Choose 1 point position, XY into 0, spindle down to drill 1 hole, then chose step mode, input X 100mm. then spindle move 100mm, spindle down to dill second hole, then use tape to test 2 hole distance, It prove that fact distance is still 100mm.

Lubrication system on Cnc
Manual lubrication pump connect X Y Z axis each Hiwin blocks (1325 cnc total 12 blocks , Y 4 sets,X 4 sets,Z 4 sets blocks) and Z axis ball screw, Do 3 times lubrication before using cnc work each day.

Limited stop
1 Setup soft limited stop in Weihong NK105 control system, then X 1300mm,Y2500mm,Z300mm.
2 3 pcs Omron limited stop on X Y Z. go home function and limited stop function.
3 hard limited stop, 2 pcs on X axis, 4 pcs on Y axis.

Same here, been waiting for same as much almost for one 1530 carrousel atc.. i've been in china i know how much they lie.
They usually send you pictures of other people machined, and i can prove this after a couple of times dealing with them
Yes there was an inspection but they use it as an excuse for everything.. never trust anyone with such stuff..
I have switched to a new reliable supplier.. making higher quality machines in less than a month, in china you
Must meet your supplier in person and always research..
And even in your first order don't go big.

This is my first experience with chines machines.

Until now my only problemwas after purchase with the delay.

Mr Allen is giving me the photos like you see here and I trust him now.

If I found any problem that you talk about I will mention it here.

Any way I will give all my experience with this machine in the future.

I still waiting for video tests of the machine and some specific pictures.

I hope it will finish good.

5- clear photos of all (servo motors* + spindle) labels* *( serial number model ......) There are serial number about spindle in old picture, you can find it in the page1 or attached picture , now motor is inside motor cover, Kindly check old picture .
.Any update about your shipping plan? Your agency did not reply me about balance ,shipping time for a longer time than us.Hope you have a same standard for us.
