Hi,sorry for your waiting, I was stay in factory for a customer cnc laser training.
I need to open motor cover on cnc to check your Yaskawa servo motor serial number, do you need me to open X ,Y Z motor cover ?
How about your agency shipping time arrange and balance? Cnc also have been in factory for a long time, hope it arrive your workshop early.

Hi , worker will do a lot of details work before package, cleaning cnc ,pasting logo and so on.
If we paste logo now, Worker need to repeat cleaning work when we prepare cnc package work. It is almost same that you can let me send motor picture before setup motor cover. Repeating work waste time.
Omni according to your shipping time to do package work after your balance.
A lot of picture will be for you in future.

It is some some bits plywood after cutting. Anther customer visited factory ,engineer use your cnc do a cutting test for customer.

Hi Nacef,
Your agency did not reply me about balance news, Cnc router have been in factory for rough 2 month after finished.
Now China Festival holiday is coming soon,then there not truck from factory to Qingdao port .Hope you get your cnc early.
