    Mazak quick turn nexus 250 alarm 22 Feedback system malfunction

    Hi gus, I have a lathe QT250 mazatrol 640T. when machine ready on screen alarm 22 Feedback system malfunction. I tested connection with encoder and spindle. Please Help me. Thanks !

    Hi , could you please check the alarm number indication on the drive unit.

    Also please share the drive model, and axis
