Help with my tool chain (Need CAM)

I have successfully upgraded and old CNC Router to work with USB using TinyG. I have a 3D CAD program that I really like and it can produce .stl or .dxf files. What I need now is a CAM program (preferably free) that can read .stl or .dxf files (preferably .stl)

    Suggestions?

    Hello,

    Take a look at www.dolphincadcam.com

We can import STL or DXF files and machine them, not free but we have some great deals at the moment.

    Best Regards
    Andre

Thanks Andre but $300 is too much for a hobbyist. I make maybe 3-4 designs / year.

    Best regards
