Vaccuum Heat Treated Inconel Longet Than 3 Foot

The material spec is Inco 718 Material - AMS-5662 Heat Treated to AMS-5663 and we cannot find anyone that heat treats it longer than 3 foot here in Michigan. Boston Centerless can get it but I don't know their supplier and we hwant to havemore than 1 option for material. And I feel we can get it cheaper if we buy the stock and have a local grind house grind it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi jreynolds5, We use Solar Atmospheres of Western Pa for all of our heat treating. They have vacuum furnaces, and handle long lengths. They do great work, and we've been using them for 11+ years. I think they can probably help you out. We are located about an hour away from them in Kent, Ohio, and they do pick up and delivery. I'm not sure of their full area.
