Hi FoxCNC1,
There is a guy on youtube, JOHNGRIMSMO, that was cutting foam on their mill. It might contain some good suggestions, if you haven't already found a solution. I think it was for their knife cases, but the idea is the same.

Flexible foam is pretty much impossible to cut with an endmill; it just wraps up on the tool. You'd be better off using a hot knife mounted in the spindle (somehow - it might take machining a holder). Just remember to edit out the "M3" from your G-code, so it doesn't start to spin...
